Lachlan's birth announcements from Minted

I was agonizing over choosing *the* perfect birth announcement/holiday card for Lachlan. I must have bookmarked 5 different websites, each one having at least 6 designs added to my favorites list. This was all done while I was very pregnant and very bored so I had loooooots of extra time on my hands.

But I kept going back to the designs at Minted. I was impatiently waiting for Lach's newborn pics to arrive so I could order a batch of cards and once they did, all I had to do was upload the image because I saved the other info on my chosen design beforehand.

Minted uses designs that are made by independent artists from around the US which is cool because they are on trend and there's SO many designs to choose from that you're guaranteed to find something you love.

I chose this design mainly because it features the entire image and the font was pretty and seasonal. And the texture of the card stock is matte, not glossy like a photo. I'm really pleased with how they came out! I just finished mailing them all out and I can't wait for people to receive them. I'd like to start doing yearly family photos for Christmas cards from here on out.
