I follow Evelyn and Peter on Instagram, and when I saw this pattern show up in my feed, I knew I had to make one for my niece! You can find the pattern in the Evelyn and Peter Etsy shop here. My niece and Lachlan are in the same size tops so I had him try it on first to make sure it fits, which it did ;)
