April Bluum Box: 17 months

April's Bluum box was a surprise box but it will also be our last box since affiliate links no longer work. It shipped very soon after receiving March's box and I'm not sure why. But that's just another thing that is frustrating about Bluum because I missed the window to pick my own items. And it looks like their website got a face lift. I'm hoping with the update that things won't be as confusing in the future (IE: more control over when and how to pause a subscription, being able to Bluum up with extra points which I've never been able to do for some reason, showing you how many boxes you have left with referral points). But with this face lift, I no longer am able to use my affiliate links so I think they did away with it. Whatever, good riddance Bluum! Thanks for the free stuff, but seriously, your website and customer service is a hot mess.
