I suppose I fall partly in the "mom" category now. Weird! And I want to share about a subscription box for moms, moms-to-be, and babies.
Ecocentric Mom boxes are filled with a handpicked assortment of non-toxic and healthy products to try. There are three boxes each month to choose from: A Pregnancy box, a Mom-to-Be box, and a Mom box. Each one contains 5-9 deluxe and sample sized products and costs $24, plus free shipping in the US (I believe they ship to Canada too, but I couldn't find any information on shipping costs on the website). Subscription lengths of 3, 6, and 12 months are available too, which are priced at a lower rate.
What came in October's box:
Full size Ecco Bella soft eyeliner pencil: $17.95
Full size Grab and Go Seeds and Fruit Mix: $1.33 a bag
Full size Lasting Smiles Organic Lip Balm: $4.99
Logo a Go Go Towel: Value $3.99
Sample size Mint chocolate butter minis
Sample size Hemp + Shea Belly Balm
Sample size Preggie Naturals
Total value of box: $28.26
Overall, I think Ecocentric Mom boxes are a nice way to try new products that you may not have otherwise ever heard about. I know for me with being pregnant for the first time, there were (and still are) so many products out there that I have no clue what they do or what they are for, so I appreciate being introduced to these things. Same thing with baby products.
I don't think the savings in this box was anything crazy compared to the monthly price, but I do appreciate the exposure to the new products and getting to try new things.
Thank you to Ecocentric Mom for providing me with this box to review. All opinions are honest and of my own.
