Bookmark Dump: Zero F*cks Duck, Baseboard Vacuum, and ChapstickAddiction.

Hello again! One of these days I'll write an actual blog post about life instead of these quick words before my bookmark dumps, but there's really not too much going on around here. Just lots of waiting and thinking about the future, and anxiety and job hating, all of which are getting old fast. Oh, and crocheting which is my saving grace. Eventually I'll post pics of my crochet mood blanket progress I swear. It's just not light enough outside to take a decent pic in here. I gotta make a light box one of these days. Just another DIY to add to the list!

Other than that, I think we'll be going to a movie sometime this weekend...you know, something besides a movie at home on Netflix. I gotta work a few hours overtime tomorrow morning and maybe I'll get my ass back on the treadmill. I haven't ran since before Thanksgiving. Surprisingly I still kept off the weight I lost when I went full at it, but I feel out of shape and squishy again. Enjoy your weekend!

I present Zero Fucks Duck. This quacked us up so hard (crickets. no?)

God this looks delicious! Clementine Vanilla Bean Quick Bread.
Do I dare try my hand at making this? I think it's worth the risk.

  2. Hey Alycia, thanks for including me in your bookmarks! I had to apply before I even opened my computer to respond to this but now I'm set for the next thirty-six minutes or so. Also, I read the five weird things about you and I too am obsessed with smelling things! Especially books and plastic stuff. I just got a new shower curtain in the mail and I spent a good ten minutes huffing the thing before I put it up. Also, my brother tells me the reason I didn't get a Regents diploma in high school was because I spent all my time smelling the books instead of reading them. I can't help it. I'm also sleeping on new sheets and it's like an olfactory orgasm in here. ANYWAY, love your blog! I'll be checking in with you in the future now.

  4. Ugh totally addicted to chapstick. I have like, four Bert's Bees tubes on my bedside table right now in various stages of overuse. Ugh now I need to use more.
