I found the most DELICOUS soup recipe for broccoli cheddar soup on Yammie's Noshery the other week. You must understand just how much I love these kinds of cheesy soups...like, I'd probably run across a 4 lane highway blindfolded to get to a bowl on the other side. I am not a cook as you may already know so I was a bit worried about making a soup from scratch, but it was actually really easy and I was thrilled with how good it came out.
