I hardly ever get sick and when I do it's only a small cold. But this one, is a fucking dick. I haven't slept more than 4 hours a night this entire weekend because I am suffocating on my own nasal congestion. I've tried nasal decongestant spray but it lasts like one hour and have stuck my head over boiling water and it helps a little but it's still bad. I came home early from work on Friday because my throat hurt, and now it's gotten worse with the stuffiness. Poop.
Anyway, we had a pretty bad snowy ice storm last night. That didn't stop us from venturing out for some Chinese food though. It was just down the road so it wasn't that far. It was worth it. But it's really aggravating how the snow plows are either really unprepared this year or they just don't give a shit. They just now plowed our neighborhood. Totally unacceptable.

Ugh, I'm sorry. I'm soooo whiny when I get sick so I feel you. Hope you're getting better (or are better by now!).
ReplyDeleteI have been super sick, too! Same thing! Ridiculous sinus congestion, fever, vomiting, all that lovely stuff. It kicked my ass! (Didn't stop me from blogging about it!) Haha - I hope you start feeling better!
