A matching ripple stitch pillow to go with the granny square one I made last week.
I didn't use a pattern again, just went with whatever I felt like.
But if you'd like a good pattern for doing the ripple stitch, I recommend the one here on Attic24.
And here's my latest yarn haul from Knit Picks! I can't wait to dig in. The plan is to make more pillows!
I love the look of ripple stitches but I've not done a ripple project yet, yours looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteI love how you did different width of stripes, it gives it an interesting look. I just finished my ripple stitch pillow, they are so fun to make. My boyfriend just moved into a new apt and now all I want to do is make a bunch of pillows, ha.
ReplyDeletethanks :)
ReplyDeletethanks! it was odd joining the two pieces together because of the obvious waves but it came out better than expected :)
ReplyDeleteIt looks great, Alycia! This is making me want to pick up crocheting again. It's been a long time. I love the colors you chose. :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, I just added you as a contact on flickr. Can't believe I'd never added you before! :)
