Welcome to my new blog!

Hey guys,

I'm really excited to be starting a new blog and on Wordpress! Everyone who I've ever talked to about moving here has always had such great things to say. It's still all new to me and I have a lot to learn and figure out (which will most likely be by trial and error) but nothing feels better than a clean slate.

Some of the drop down links in the menu above (like topics and features) don't work since there aren't enough blog posts to assign to them yet but everything else should be working.

    Congrats to you Alycia! When I first started blogging I started out Wordpress self hosted. Then when I opened my current blog I did so in Blogger to try it out. I found I much prefer being Wordpress self-hosted and so I switched it. There are so many more options. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I. :)

    Looks great! Loving the new look. Is WP hard to learn? I know a lot of sites (and not just blogs) use it, so seems like a good site to look into.
